Corman is laying the groundwork for the underground Visitor Center, relocating water lines and storm drains in the first phase of the highly publicized venture. The Center will manage the flow of nearly 3 million visitors to the building, provide improved amenities and also regulate the flow of trucks and deliveries to the Capitol. The Project has taken the crew from the steps of the U.S. Capitol to the base of Union Station to complete the mutimillion dollar job.
